Our People

Here's what we do:

• Our Project Managers are graduates in translation or related studies well versed in project management principles to de-risk projects and deliver to agreed timescales.
• We support our internal resources with external experts such as localization engineers, desktop publishers and audio/video developers who are already delivering localized projects to their Fortune 500 clients.
• Our quality assurance team are involved from the start of each project, not at the end. They support the project management team to develop a robust and consistent approach to quality that can ensure the final translations are exactly as the client requires them.

Our Translators

Cipherion Translations has developed a robust fully outsourced translation model built on close co-operation between our project management staff and the language teams. We work with more than 900 professional native-speaking translators translating into 50 languages.
We select our translators carefully. Our translators:

• Are native speakers of the languages they translate into: this delivers the highest quality translations.
• Hold a third-level degree, post-graduate or masters qualification in languages, translation or similar.
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in their field/s of specialisation.
• Must pass a translation test to be approved onto our panel.
• Must have subject matter (industry vertical) expertise, a thorough knowledge of the industry tools, and an ability to develop and maintain glossaries, style guides and translation memories.
• Are passionate about their work and take pride in delivering the best.

Languages are living and in constant change. Most of our translators are located in-country, immersed in the ever-changing usages of their mother tongues.
