Mark Rodgers

CEO

Mark is the CEO of Cipherion and the driving force behind the company's rapid growth as a leading provider of translation, localization and international communication services. Mark has over 15 years' experience in the localization industry and is passionate about helping organisations as they grow globally.

In 1995 he established a Japanese office in Tokyo for International Translation & Publishing (ITP) before returning to Ireland as ITP's Worldwide Resource Manager, where he managed localization teams in over 30 countries.

Mark is a qualified engineer and has a strong background in processes and systems. He has spent 6 years working with the Mitsubishi Group in Japan and recently completed an ACCA Course in Finance for Non-Financial Managers (coming third in the world and taking first place in Ireland).
